Leeds Drawing Club (est. 2007) is an art studio based in Burley, Leeds.

We specialise in life drawing and portraiture classes and courses that we run from our studio.

At Leeds Drawing Club we know two important things -

Creative expression, focussed attention and engaging with art calms your nervous system, allowing you to slow down and relax.

Consistent and regular drawing practice leads to noticeable improvements in your drawing abilities and confidence!

If you are an absolute beginner, we will teach you the basic skills to get started, and ignite your creativity and confidence to keep on going! Our Intro to Life Drawing Course is the perfect starting point.

If you are returning to drawing after a break, we will support you in making those first steps back into creative expression through our welcoming and friendly drawing community. We will help you get your drawing mojo back! Join our Untutored Life Drawing Sessions, or a Drawing Heads Workshop.

If you are a regular practising artist, we welcome you to our studio to support your existing practice and meet like minded artists, helping you to give creative time and space that’s just for you. Our All Day Draw Life Drawing Sessions and Portrait Sessions offer long poses between 2 and 3 hours.
