Terms & Conditions


No drop-ins are permitted – if you have not booked a place, then you will not be able to attend the class. You must book your place online before attending.


Doors to all classes are 15 mins before the start of the class to allow enough time for everyone to arrive and get set up. Classes start promptly, please arrive on time so as not to disrupt the class.


Daytime and evening Untutored classes – all classes are non transferable and non refundable so please take this into account when booking your place. This policy applies for all missed, forgotten, and complimentary classes as well as non attendance to Tutored and Untutored classes due to Covid illness.

Any transfers or refunds are given at our discretion and are not standard practice.

Tutored Courses – Full refunds offered 14 days prior to class start. 50% refund 7 days prior to class start.

Drawing Events – Full refund 7 days prior to event if a replacement ticket can be sold. Non refundable if a replacement cannot be sold.

Memberships – No refunds or transfers on memberships.



We operate a waiting list for all Untutored, Tutored, and Drawing Events. If you wish to be added to a list, please contact us through the website with the date of the class you wish to attend. Payment will be taken prior to the class, and the above refund policy still applies.


All credit sessions and gift vouchers are given a 12 month expiry date from the day they are issued or purchased. Extension of the expiry is not permitted. Any extensions granted are entirely at LDC discretion.


Attendance at all LDC classes and events constitutes permission to be photographed and used digitally and / or in print publicly. Includes use of images for social media for promotional purposes.

Attendees are not permitted to photograph or share images of the life models.
