Have a question about the Drawing Club?

The information below should answer any queries you have. If not, please contact us.

Can I bring my own materials?

Yes! We provide basic drawing materials - paper, charcoal, pencils and chalk, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.

I’ve never done life drawing before - can I still come?

Absolutely! Beginners are most welcome. We offer a beginners course for those who are new to life drawing.

I’m a school student (under 18) - can I come?

Absolutely, school students aged 16 and over can come to the sessions.

I want to be a life model, how do I become one?

We do not train or advise people on how to become life models.

I’m a life model, and I want to model for your sessions - how do I apply?

We are not currently looking for models, but please feel free to fill in an application form if you want, just in case.

I’ve booked a session but I can no longer attend, can I get a refund or roll it over to another session?

Unfortunately all individual sessions are non-refundable and non transferable.

How are the sessions structured?

It is 2 hours of drawing, split into a series of poses, each lasting between 10 and 20 minutes long. We have a break partway through the session.

Whats the difference between an individual session and a block booking?

An individual session is for one 2 hour session, at £8.50. These are for people who prefer to take it week by week or for first timers who are not sure if they want to commit to a whole term of drawing.

A block booking is for the entire term, for people who definitely want to come to all the available sessions during that period. With this option, one session is free.

What if I want to come to 3 sessions, rather than a whole term?

Then just book yourself 3 x individual sessions.

Whats methods of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept paypal and bank transfers for individual sessions, and paypal, bank transfers and cash payments in advance for the block bookings.
